Desira is a family owned motor group, founded by John Desira in 1972. John Desira started in the motor trade in London, working as an Apprentice Technician. Once qualified, he was recommended a small garage in South Lopham, Norfolk; where he started his own business. Desira has expanded over the years from this first garage and is now the one of the largest privately owned Fiat Dealer groups in the country. Employing over 170 staff, with 8 dealerships across Norfolk and Suffolk, Desira is also Europe's largest Fiat and Alfa Romeo Parts distributor.
The aim of the company has always been to provide exceptional service and offer fantastic value for money to both our loyal and new customers. With over 50 years of experience, Desira have continued to expand with Nissan, Suzuki, Isuzu, Fiat, Citroen, Peugeot, MG, Jeep, Alfa Romeo, Abarth, SsangYong and LEVC franchises in Norwich, Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft, Diss and Bury St Edmunds. Stuart Stone - Managing Director
Joined the Company as Managing Director in 2008, Stuart has been in the motor industry for over 30 years and was a Group General Manager for a very successful Motor Group for the last 11 Years, previous to this a Dealer Principal and Operations Director.
Michelle Gant - Director
Joined the Company as Fleet Sales Assistant in 1992 and progressed through the business spending many years as Marketing Director. Michelle now oversees general operations.
