ALFA AWARD THE DESIRA DIFFERENCE
Four of Desira's nine branches sell the stunning Alfa Romeo models, with Desira's London branch in Friern Barnet, Southgate scooping the award.
The Alfa Romeo Sales Department received the award for earning the highest ever SSI (Sales Satisfaction Index) scores.
The scores were collated by an independent company, that strive to contact as many Alfa Romeo customers as possible to ask them a variety of questions concerning the entire buying and owning experience of an Alfa Romeo. Desira's London branch achieved the highest ever scores to win the award, reflecting the high standard of service the Alfa sales team have delivered.
An improved Alfa Romeo range and new refurbishments to the London branch have ensured customers receive excellent customer care. The showroom has been redecorated and re-structured to ensure Alfa sales are in a prime position at the front of the building, with the space now to hold seven stunning Alfa Romeo's.
The customers buying experience is very personal at Desira. The exchange area is sectioned off with Alfa red rope to allow a personal handover where customers can have their picture taken before driving off in their new Alfa Romeo.
Desira's Managing Director, John Desira, proudly collected the award at the Edinburgh Alfa Romeo dealer convention in December.
