PARTS PURCHASING ADMINISTRATOR – DISS

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our busy parts department.

We require an organised individual to join our small but busy Parts Purchasing team. Duties will include the receiving of orders and goods onto dealer computer systems, the ordering of car parts and components from various motor manufacturers via their online ordering systems. Dealing with enquiries via phone and email from internal parts departments, chasing back orders for delivery times and all other admin duties as required. The ideal candidate will be organised and have the ability to work to deadlines. Purchasing experience preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided.

Hours between 6.00am - 18.00pm, 47.5 hours per week
