Desira Citroen is a family run motor group, founded by John Desira in 1972. John Desira started in the motor trade in London, working as an Apprentice Technician. Once qualified, he started his own business and was recommended a small garage in South Lopham, Norfolk.

Desira has expanded over the years from this first garage and is now the one of the largest privately owned Fiat Dealer groups in the country. (Bury St Edmunds, Diss, Great Yarmouth, Norwich and London) Employing over 220 staff, with 7 dealerships across Norfolk, Suffolk and North London.

Other franchises associated with the Desira Group include Alfa Romeo, (Bury St Edmunds, Norwich and London, Chrysler, (Norwich) Jeep, (Norwich) and Nissan. (Great Yarmouth and Norwich)
