CALL CENTRE ADVISOR LOCATED AT DISS

We are looking for a call centre advisor to work in our call centre at Diss. The ideal candidate must be confident with an excellent telephone manor. Experience of working in the motor trade or within sales is desirable. Duties will include answering incoming calls, contacting retail and trade customers over the phone, by email and post, offering the products and services we provide as well as booking their cars in for MOT's services and other work.

GROUP SALES OPERATIONS MANAGER

You will take full responsibility for the Sales Operation within the group, which includes New & Used Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Nissan and Citroen, as well as all makes of Car and LCV.

Reporting to the Managing Director you must be experienced with a proven track record of managing successful multi franchise Sales Operations. The main aim of this role is to engage and develop all dealerships and ensure all operations are performing well, increasing sales and running effectively.

If you can lead, motivate and develop your teams to exceed our customer expectations whilst achieving both Group and Manufacture targets, this is the opportunity for you.
