DRIVING PERFORMANCE
Less like a van, more like a car
Primastar has stable handling and secure roadholding, thanks to MacPherson-type front
suspension and torsion beam rear suspension. Automatic variable setting dampers, power steering and a dashboard-mounted gear lever make it easy to get the most out of your Primastar.

3 dCi engines with high torque
With three common-rail diesel engines, there's something for everyone: 82 HP with 190 Nm of torque, 100 HP with 240 Nm, or 135 HP with 310 Nm of torque. There are also two manual gearboxes: a standard six-speed to maximise fuel economy. And a five-speed, available on the 82 HP 1.9 dCi.

ABS & EBD
Primastar stops as well as it drives, offering one of the best braking performance in its class. Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD) gives you predictable and balanced stopping power, even in the unlikely event of a partial failure. EBD is available with ABS to prevent the wheels from locking - keeping you in control.

RUNNING COST
3-year manufacturer's warranty + 12-year anti-corrosion warranty
Primastar is backed by a 3-year or 60,000 miles (whichever comes first) parts and labour warranty. In addition Primastar's body is protected by a 12-year anti-corrosion warranty, with paintwork protected by a 3-year warranty.

Low fuel consumption engines
Primastar's common rail diesel engines are designed to take on the daily rigours of
stop-and-start driving. These engines deliver fuel efficiency that minimises running costs and maximises profits. And the 90-litre fuel tank gives you a long range between refuelling.

2-year or 18,000 miles service intervals
Primastar has been engineered to minimise your operating costs and only needs to be
serviced every 18,000 miles or 2 years (whichever comes first). And because you have more time on the road and less downtime, we've even incorporated a maintenance warning to remind you when your next service is due.

PASSIVE & ACTIVE SAFETY
Airbags and seatbelt pretensionners
A driver's side airbag is standard on all models, as well as seatbelts with pretensioners and load limiters. For even more reassurance, you can specify an optional front passenger airbag.

Secure your load with Primastar
Convenient and secure, remote central door locking is particularly useful when unloading in busy streets.

Alarm system
The NATS alarm upgrade offers perimetric exterior and ultrasonic interior protection. It's
more reliable than generic systems, reducing the chance of a false alarm and standard on SE grade versions.

Engine immobiliser
We've equipped Primastar with an immobiliser to deter thieves. The engine won't start
without the coded ignition key - so you'll always find your Primastar just where you left it.
