You must have strong communication skills, demonstrate excellent Call Centre experience of Inbound and Outbound call handling and online enquiries. The role involves booking incoming Sales Appointments and making outgoing Customer Service Questionnaire calls.
- Full Time Role: 5 days a week, set shift pattern
- 34.5 hours p/w Role: Variable shift patterns on Wednesday - Friday as well as Saturday mornings.
