We have 2 vacancies for this role and are looking for enthusiastic, talented, motivated and experienced part-time OR full -time Call Centre / Sales Advisors to work within our busy Service Booking department on behalf of 10 Franchises across 9 locations.
You must have strong communication skills and demonstrate excellent Call Centre experience of Inbound and Outbound call handling. The role involves making outgoing as well as taking incoming calls to book Customers in for Service, MOT and Repairs for the Group.
