Powered by a 1.6-litre TGDI petrol engine, it produces 140 PS and 275 Nm of torque, paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission for smooth, effortless progress.
Accelerating from 0–62 mph in 10.2 seconds, with a top speed of 113 mph, the JAECOO 5 provides confident performance whether you're navigating town, commuting or heading further afield. Official combined fuel economy is 41 mpg WLTP.

A 60.9 kWh battery powers a 207 PS electric motor producing 288 Nm of torque, giving the E5 smooth and responsive performance. It accelerates from 0–62 mph in just 7.7 seconds.
With an official electric driving range of up to 248 miles (WLTP), the E5 provides plenty of flexibility for commuting, everyday journeys and longer trips. When it's time to recharge, 80 kW DC rapid charging can take the battery from 30–80% in 27 minutes.
