PEUGEOT ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE: YOU CAN COUNT ON US

Peugeot Roadside Assistance is vehicle-based, so it covers anyone driving your PEUGEOT with your permission.

Period of Complimentary Cover:

• Petrol, Diesel & Hybrid vehicles: All new Peugeot ’s are covered for 12 months starting from the date of registration
• Electric vehicles: Are covered for 3 years or 100,000 miles (whichever occurs first) starting from date of registration
• If you sell your vehicle within the period of cover, the new owner can take advantage of any unexpired free Peugeot Roadside Assistance cover, which will apply to the applicable complimentary period above.

At Home service

• If your vehicle breaks down at home, we will bring our roadside assistance service to your doorstep. If your vehicle can’t be repaired, we will transport your vehicle to the nearest Peugeot Authorised Repairer.

Recovery

• If a prompt local repair at the roadside isn’t possible, we’ll arrange onward passage for you: up to seven passengers and your vehicle to any single mainland UK destination. If you’re towing a caravan or trailer, this can also be recovered (subject to certain weight and size restrictions).

Onward mobility

• When your vehicle is immobilised, Peugeot Roadside Assistance provides extra benefits immediately after recovery, by giving you a choice of ways to continue your journey. Simply choose the option that suits you (subject to availability) while we take your vehicle to a Peugeot Authorised Repairer.

PEUGEOT ACCIDENT ASSISTANCE

It’s bad enough having an accident, without the extra hassle of sorting out the repairs and dealing with your insurer. So, why not leave it all to us?

Peugeot Accident Assistance will take care of any repairs by getting your vehicle to the nearest Peugeot Accident Repair Centre. We'll even contact your insurance company for you too.

And if the accident wasn't your fault, we'll organise a like-for-like* replacement for you to drive until yours is back on the road, or a courtesy vehicle if the accident was your fault.
And as you might expect, your Peugeot will be repaired by PEUGEOT experts, using only Peugeot Genuine Parts, called Mopar - meaning it won't affect your warranty. And if your next question’s “How much will this cost me?” here’s the best bit – Peugeot Accident Assistance is FREE.

• Organise a car for you to drive while yours is off the road (a like-for-like model if the accident wasn’t your fault, and a courtesy car if it was)

Peugeot will do its utmost to help you in these situations, by either assisting you on the roadside or by towing your vehicle to the nearest Peugeot Authorised Repairer.
