Our Policies and Procedures
As part of our commitment to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains, we have the following internal policies to ensure that we are conducting business in an ethical and transparent manner:
Our supplier approval process incorporates a review of controls undertaken by that supplier to ensure that there is no evidence of slavery or human trafficking. The company will not support or deal with any business involved in slavery or human trafficking.
We conduct robust checks on any new employee – including eligibility to work in the UK – to safeguard against human trafficking or individuals being forced to work against their will.
The company is committed to complying with Minimum and Living Wage legislation.
We have a whistleblowing policy and a confidential telephone contact so that all employees can raise any concerns that they might have without fear of reprisals
