Nissan has unveiled the all-new Nissan Pixo, a compact all-electric city car designed specifically for the UK's towns and cities.
Combining practicality, progressive design and intuitive technology, Pixo brings a fresh new option to Nissan's growing electric vehicle range. With a 161-mile electric range, 50kW DC rapid charging as standard, One Pedal technology and clever interior versatility, Pixo is designed to make everyday electric driving simple.
Whether you're commuting to work, doing the school run, heading into town or enjoying a weekend trip, the all-new Pixo is built around the needs of modern urban drivers.
Pixo's 161-mile range is designed to comfortably cover everyday journeys, giving drivers the confidence to get around town and beyond without constantly thinking about charging.
When you do need to recharge, 50kW DC rapid charging comes as standard across the range, allowing the battery to charge from 15% to 80% in just 28 minutes.
For convenient home or workplace charging, Pixo also supports 11kW AC charging.
Pixo is the first Nissan model in Europe to use an all-new Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery, helping make electric driving a practical option for customers looking for an efficient everyday vehicle.
Compact dimensions make Pixo perfectly suited to city driving.
At just 3,796mm long and 1,790mm wide, it's easy to manoeuvre through busy streets and into tighter parking spaces, while clever interior packaging makes the most of the available space.
Despite its compact footprint, Pixo can comfortably accommodate up to four adults.
Its independent rear sliding seats add even more flexibility, allowing drivers to prioritise passenger space or create additional room for larger items when required.
There's also 18 litres of in-cabin storage and a class-leading 356-litre boot, including 50 litres of dedicated cable storage when the rear seats are raised.
The all-new Pixo brings a fresh interpretation of Nissan's design language to the compact EV segment.
Its cube-inspired proportions, clean surfaces and distinctive lighting create a confident and contemporary look, while details such as its pixel-inspired lighting and unique front-end design give Pixo plenty of character.
Look closely and you'll even find hidden "23" Easter eggs, inspired by "Ni-San", the Japanese pronunciation of Nissan, along with a playful "robot face" expression incorporated into the front bumper.
Available colours include distinctive shades such as Wonder Purple and Gear Blue, allowing drivers to add their own personality to Pixo.
Pixo was designed at Nissan Design Europe in Paddington, London, specifically with the needs of European customers in mind.
