Due to the incredible success and continued growth of the Geely brand, we have an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic, motivated and customer focused individuals to join our Sales Team.

Do you enjoy working with customers, building relationships and delivering excellent customer service?

Whether you have previous experience in car sales, retail, hospitality or another customer facing role, we would love to hear from you.

You do not need previous motor industry experience to succeed with us. We're looking for people with a positive attitude, great communication skills and the drive to build a successful career in sales. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

The Role

As a Sales Executive, you'll be part of a friendly and successful team, helping customers discover their next car from our exciting range of new Geely models and used vehicles.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers and providing an excellent experience from their first enquiry through to vehicle handover
• Understanding customers' needs and helping them find the right vehicle
• Presenting vehicles, arranging test drives and explaining features and benefits
• Building strong customer relationships and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction
• Working towards individual and team sales targets
• Maintaining your product knowledge through ongoing training

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in a customer facing role, with a genuine passion for helping people
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly, confident and professional approach
• Enthusiasm, motivation and a willingness to learn
• The ability to work as part of a team and achieve sales targets
• A full UK driving licence

Previous sales or motor trade experience would be an advantage, but is not essential. We're more interested in finding the right people with the right attitude.
