Aftersales Advisor – Heigham Street, Norwich

Salary: Dependent on Experience

We are looking for a motivated, organised individual to join our Aftersales team at Heigham Street, Norwich. The ideal applicant will have previous experience of working as an Aftersales Advisor in a Franchised Dealer environment, have an outgoing personality with the ability to deliver promises and delight our customers. You will be also be responsible for the supply of parts to our busy service workshop.

Essential: Previous Parts or Service experience in the motor trade.

Desirable: Knowledge and experience in using CDK/Kerridge systems.
