Service Advisor – Great Yarmouth (Nissan, Geely) and Lowestoft (OMODA, JAECOO and Suzuki)

Salary: £12,000 - £30,000

We have a fantastic opportunity for an organised individual to join our Service department at Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft! This role is based across two of our sites, sharing half the time at the Great Yarmouth dealership, and Lowestoft.

Great Yarmouth has just extended its product range, and welcomed the futuristic Geely to the Group, and Lowestoft boast the incredible JAECOO and OMODA range.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and organised individual to join our Service department at our New NIssan dealership, coming soon to Kings Lynn.

• Competitive basic salary and bonus scheme.
• Generous 30 days annual leave including the bank holidays.
• Duties include booking customer vehicles in for maintenance and/or repairs, liaising with the workshop to ensure all tasks are completed to the agreed time scales and updating customers on the progress of their vehicle as well as authorising additional work.
• The role will be split between our Gt Yarmouth & Lowestoft site, however, we will also look at 2 part time roles for either site.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be a great communicator, have great organisation skills, excellent attention to detail and hold a full clean driving licence.
• No experience is necessary as full training will be given. However, interest and passion for vehicles would be advantageous.
• Continuous training will be provided to further knowledge & skill set for career progression.
