Call Centre Advisor, Part Time – Diss

We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and organised individual to join our busy centralised Parts Call Centre.

• Competitive basic salary and bonus scheme.
• Hours of work 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday.
• Generous 30 days annual leave including the bank holidays.
• Duties include ensuring all inbound calls are answered and dealt with in a timely manner, advising, selling and ordering parts for both trade and public customers.
• The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and networker, have great organisation skills and excellent attention to detail.
• No experience is necessary as full training will be given.
• Continuous training will be provided to further knowledge & skill set for career progression.
