As proud Lead Car Sponsor, Desira OMODA and JAECOO were delighted to support the 10th edition of Run Norwich, which took place from Friday 5th until the main event on Sunday 7th September 2025. The event was nothing short of spectacular, with a beautiful sunny morning setting the stage for a phenomenal race day. Nearly 7,800 runners took part in the sold-out race — the highest number of starters in the event’s history.
At the two-day Race Expo on the lead up to the race, we were thrilled to showcase our latest models, including the Lead Car – the JAECOO 7 PHEV, alongside the bold and versatile OMODA 9 and the fully electric OMODA E5. The Expo provided the perfect opportunity for runners, supporters, and visitors to get up close with our exciting new range, experience their standout design and technology, and discover more about the future of driving with OMODA and JAECOO.
This milestone year brought an incredible showcase of talent and determination to the streets of Norwich, with the atmosphere buzzing from start to finish. The Race Village was once again alive with energy, excitement, and community spirit, where we were proud to showcase the latest OMODA and JAECOO range to runners, supporters, and visitors.
The 10k race, was officially started by Norwich City midfielder Mirko Topić, alongside Philip Nicholson and Georgia Baker, who were running in memory of Georgia’s mum, Melissa Baker. Also in attendance was Justin Galliford, Chief Executive of Norse Group, together with representatives from the Norwich City Community Sports Foundation, the race organisers.
