We were proud to supply Andy Langley Racing with an Isuzu D-Max to trailer his Mini Cooper R53 to the Mini Challenge Clubsport Powered by Airtec Motorsport at Snetterton Race Track.
Over the race weekend Andy showed incredible pace and consistency, securing three 1st place finishes and moving into the lead of the R53 Class Championship. A huge achievement – and one that proves both driver and team are firmly in the fight for the title this season.
Getting to the track is just as important as what happens on it, and that’s where the Isuzu D-Max came into its own. With a 3.5-tonne towing capacity, the D-Max made light work of hauling Andy’s R53 and trailer to Snetterton. Its torquey and efficient diesel engine delivered the pulling power needed for a confident and stable tow, while the robust chassis ensured a safe and composed drive across all conditions.
Away from towing, the D-Max’s practicality also shone through. The spacious load bed and interior storage meant all the race-day essentials – from tools and spares to race gear – could be carried with ease. Meanwhile, its comfort and refinement on the road made long journeys far less demanding, proving that this pick-up is just as versatile for everyday driving as it is for serious work.
Whether you’re a racer transporting your pride and joy, a business owner moving heavy loads, or an adventurer with big weekend plans, the Isuzu D-Max is built to handle it all. Rugged, reliable, and ready for anything – it’s the perfect partner when the pressure’s on.
