As a Call Centre Service Reservations Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in our eight service departments. Your responsibilities will include answering and making inbound and outbound service calls, maximizing service bookings, and providing first-class service to our valued customers. No prior experience is necessary; we provide full training to ensure your success. However, a background in the Service department of a Franchised dealer or Call Centre would be advantageous.
