• Duties include being trained to answer and make all inbound and outbound service calls and customer service calls for all of our eight service departments, controlling and maximising the service bookings, being able to influence and advise whilst offering first-class service
• The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, have great organisation skills, excellent attention to detail and be able to work as part of a team
• No experience is necessary as full training will be given. However, if you have good customer services skills, and are fun and friendly it would be advantageous
• Continuous training after qualification will be provided to further knowledge & skill set for career progression
