Answered about the Desira 10 Day Money Back Guarantee
Now for the details of the Desira 10 Day Money Back
Guarantee, but please do read our Terms and Conditions for all the particulars
You may return your vehicle to us within 10 days
from the date of delivery without a reason. You must not use the vehicle after
telling us you have cancelling the agreement and you must keep it in the same condition
from the day it was delivered
Conditions to
using the Guarantee
Did you pay for the Car in Full?
- If you paid by Apple Pay or Directly by Bank Transfer, Visa, Mastercard Credit or Debit Card, we will return the Purchase Price back onto that Account/Card
- The vehicle must be in the same condition as
when it was delivered
- You must not have made any alterations or
modifications to the vehicle of any kind
- You must not have driven the vehicle more than 200
miles from when it was delivered
- You will need to return the Vehicles V5 Logbook
to us either with the Vehicle when it is returned to the Desira Dealership or by
recorded delivery (Sorry this must be at your own expense)
Did you pay for the Car by Finance?
- You must not have driven the vehicle more than 200 miles from when it was delivered
- You must not have made any alterations or modifications to the vehicle of any kind since delivery
- The vehicle must be in the same condition as when it was delivered (except for fair wear and tear)
- The vehicle must not have any charges or claims from any third party against it (including a finance provider)
- You will need to return the Vehicles V5 Logbook to us either with the Vehicle when it is returned to a Desira Dealership or by recorded delivery (Sorry this must be at your own expense)
Did you also have a Part Exchange?
- If you have sold a Part Exchange Vehicle to us in part payment of the Vehicle purchased. If we still have the Vehicle unsold in stock you can collect your Part Exchange when you deliver the Vehicle back to the Dealership or if your Part Exchange is no longer available, we will include an amount equal to the valuation of the Part Exchange Vehicle in the amount to be repaid to you (subject to the Part Exchange Vehicle meeting the requirements set out in the Terms & Conditions)

We will confirm by e-mail reply within 24 Hours. Just in case we did not receive it: If you have not received a confirmation within 24 hours you must contact us again with proof you sent it within the 10 Day Timeframe
To adhere to the Return rules the Form informing us you are Returning your Car and Cancelling your Contract MUST be received within 10 Days of Delivery by 10pm of the final day. Any later than this and unfortunately your vehicle cannot be returned. Your vehicle must then be delivered back during a Return Appointment which must be booked at the Desira Dealership it was purchased from within 3 Days of the Return confirmation. Any later and fees will be incurred per day over – see our Terms and Conditions below
