The Motability Scheme enables disabled people to lease a new car every 3 years by exchanging their weekly mobility allowance to run the vehicle. You may be eligible if you receive either the following:

The Higher Rate Mobility Component (HRMC) of the Disability Living Allowance (DLA)
The new Enhanced Rate of the Mobility Component (ERMC) of the Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
The War Pensioners' Mobility Supplement (WPMS)
The new Armed Forces Independence Payment (AFIP)
