The Motability Scheme enables disabled people to lease a new car every 3 years by exchanging their weekly mobility allowance to run the vehicle. You may be eligible if you receive either the following:

• The Higher Rate Mobility Component (HRMC) of the Disability Living Allowance (DLA)
• The new Enhanced Rate of the Mobility Component (ERMC) of the Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
• The War Pensioners' Mobility Supplement (WPMS)
• The new Armed Forces Independence Payment (AFIP)
