The Wellbeing of our Desira Customers and Staff is our Absolute Priority

Desira Service has Re-Opened in Vulcan Road, Norwich; North Quay, Great Yarmouth and Western Way, Bury St Edmunds for all Franchises.

To assist our Customers at this difficult time we are Operating with Reduced Staff, from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Unfortunately due to these Restrictions we are unable to offer any Waiting Appointments or a Collection and Delivery Service. We respectfully ask for Strict No Contact and Social Distancing Guidelines to be adhered to.

Desira Parts is Open for Trade Customers in Order to keep their Essential businesses functioning. We have a reduced team, between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.

To ensure the wellbeing of all our staff, customers and local communities the rest of Desira Group Plc will remain temporarily closed and will re-open again when the government lockdown is lifted.

All customers that may be due a Service, MOT or need a Repair during our Temporary closure will not receive their usual reminder to let them know. When we reopen we will inform you and ensure you are booked in accordingly.

Our staff continue to be stringent around hygiene and cleaning regimes including thorough, frequent hand washing. Social Distancing Must be Adhered to. We have also introduced increased cleaning in dealerships, along with introducing a no handshake policy to make visitors feel comfortable.

Finally, to help minimise the spread of the virus, we are following the latest Government recommendations and asking any team member with flu-like symptoms to self-isolate for seven days or those who have been in close personal contact with someone who has contracted the virus to self-isolate for 14 days.
